Our Story
Nalah Delta was founded by Augustine Onyebuchi Onwuegbuzie out of a desire to help young and skilled Nigerians access the unique advantages that lie within the Canadian prairies, especially education and employment. For over ten years, Augustine was a career and employment consultant, guiding many Canadians and non-Canadians on choosing a career path and navigating the job market. Having lived and worked in Alberta for more than a decade, he now works within the government, advising on social welfare policy matters.
As an immigrant himself, Augustine witnessed firsthand the challenges prospective newcomers face, including immigration scams, poor financial decisions, and wrong choice of career, and realized that the root cause, apart from failure to plan well right from the onset, is an information gap. For him, Nalah Delta is a passion venture dedicated to solving this problem, helping to curb the pitfalls of moving to a new Canada without sufficient knowledge and adequate planning.
